I managed to reverse engineer this completely myself but thanks anyway for everyone who tried to get help for me

I’ll post file specs soon.  As I mentioned in the earlier notes there seems to be either a hole in the file format or a bug in the iPhone engine.. this is regarding freeze notes.  Which seem to be fine in any form however if you have a freeze note at the same time as a normal arrow, this seems to cause problems, I tried various workarounds to fix this on Flowers heavy, but to no luck.  I managed to just get it working with a single freeze note.

If anyone wants I’ll be happy to provide the modded .ssq with the ‘fixed’ freeze arrow if you want to try it on your iPhone.  Of course, it goes without saying, you will need to be jailbroken to use it.

Happy New Year! Welcome to the new blog.  This will replace my LiveJournal as a public blog – but the LJ will still remain.

Let me kick it off with something I created from 2007 – so you might have heard this already.  It’s an arrangement of Auld Lang Syne which is mostly trance, but spontaneously breaks off into Orchestra, bagpipes, “Ambient Skies“/”Hizara Dungeon” style, chiptune, and eurobeat.

And with that, another song from more recent days (last week actually).  This is my first real attempt at trying to do an ambient track.  Comments and criticism, as always, are not only very welcome but valueable =)

… And about Earthquake? We’ll discuss later.

Bouken Desho Desho? 冒険でしょでしょ？ (Cascada Remix) – This is not the euro mix, which i still am working on, this was an experimental trance mix, you may or may not like, based on the style of Cascada, this is not the final title.

Non-Haruhi Related:
Riyu Kosaka 小阪りゆ – LOVE♥SHINE (karaoke ver) – incomplete. I got the beatmania backing and stereo cancelled it, filled in missing drums/bass/synths/guitar (didn’t use the beatmania samples except for the percussion as I refuse to use sampled guitars/synths in that fashion… otherwise I would have just rendered the .BMS or something and stuck a bassline on top of it or something ). This is a song first appearing in Dance Dance Revolution EXTREME, and used in quite a few other Bemani games. No, this isn’t based on the full version featured on BeForU’s self-titled album.

Unfortunately I don’t get that much time to work on stuff due to my full-time new job which is in afternoon shift, but I’ll get stuff done eventually.. so hang in there

On another note, I may try (for the 50 billionth time) to start doing regular updates on here. The friends-only thing will still apply to a lot of posts, though. Though getting on my friends list is as simple as adding me, going to the very first post of this journal and posting a comment.
